Welcome to Ordero! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with the Ordero restaurant ordering platform ("Service") operated by Ordero ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptable Use of Services

By registering for or using Ordero, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions conducted under your restaurant account.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the platform, including the restaurant manager dashboards, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment

Certain aspects of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Ordero platform, including its original content, features, functionality, source code, logos, and designs, is and will remain the exclusive property of RISETech and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ordero, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
